Cause analysis and treatment of effusion in dacromet production

Posted on 2016-07-21 Phenomenon: paint effusion in the teeth of the products, screw and hole.
Reason:
1. Viscosity high, temperature of the products high.
2. Centrifugal speed low, time less and short.
3. Too much extra paint on the basket.
4. Degreasing in pre-treatment process is not clean, has residual oil on the products.
Solution:
1. Check various index of the liquid tank, adjust viscosity, make the work pieces fully cooling.
2. Adjust centrifugal speed, centrifugal, centrifugal time according to the actual situation such as size of the work pieces.
3. Clean the extra paint on the basket. avoid to connect on the work pieces.
4. Extend shot blasting time to fully remove the oil.
